Gosh, it seems like only yesterday we were walking the hallways of North High School, and yesterday we attended our 10 year high school reunion! It was an awesome time and there was a great turn out! For those of you who don't know, Josh asked me on a date at our 5 year reunion. That made it even more special to show up to this reunion happily married with a beautiful baby boy! Grandma Jean and Grandpa Jim watched Nash for us, and he was a good little man! We were even able to get in a quick visit with Uncle Jake! He was home from Texas for the weekend to be in his friends wedding. The next time we'll see him will be at Thanksgiving.
Heading to the 10 year!
Last week Josh and I spent the day at Valleyfair with our friends Jen and Bryan. It was a great time, but it was super hot and muggy.... not the best standing in line weather, but we managed! Josh and I both agreed that we can't handle rides like we used to! Maybe as some people get older they become a little less daring?! I get nervous while waiting in line, get really nervous as the ride is about to start, and even more scared while I'm on it. Then after the ride is over, I consider going again... not sure what that's all about!?

Nash continues to be a wonderful baby. Only really crying when he's hungry, uncomfortable or bored. He's been smiling and "talking" a ton lately, it's so much fun! We love talking back to him, whether it's with real words or in "baby language". We are having a blast being parents, and I don't think it's possible to love him more! His 2 month appointment is this coming Thursday and he'll be getting some shots. Good thing Josh will be with me for moral support! :o)

Have a great week everyone!
