Our Life in Pictures....

Since our last post a lot has happened! In September Josh's brother Jake got married to his lovely new wife, Lauren. Josh and Nash got to be a part of their big day. Nash was the mini groom and Josh wrote an awesome speech/sermon about life and marriage that he read during the ceremony. He may have teared up a little a lot but people could still understand him and he did a great job! It was a pretty special day all around! Welcome to the family (officially) Lauren, we are happy to have you! Just wish you guys lived closer!

Candy bar at the reception....this is where Nash spent almost all his time!

Picking raspberries with Grandpa Jim became a daily tradition this summer. Every morning they would walk out to the end of the driveway and pick away. Sometimes even twice a day. Fun and healthy at the same time!

We visited the apple orchard twice this fall. However, I only brought my camera with one of those times. The first trip was with the Jones family. Nash sure has fun spending time with his "cousins" :) The second trip was with my friend Mindy and her family, that reminds me...I still need to get some pictures from her!

Preston and Nash....best buds!

Some random shots from late summer/fall....

Artist in the making!

Mischa turned 6 in October. To celebrate we took her to the dog park and then to the pet store where she picked out her own toy and treat. Yes, we may be lame but we love our dogs!

Sniffing out something good!

We recently decided to buy Nash a John Deere Gator! I am pretty positive Josh was just as excited as Nash...if not more! He has wanted to buy him one since the day he was born!

The very first ride

Happy very belated Halloween! We had a "Halloween Fun Day" where we carved our pumpkins, made Halloween cupcakes and painted Halloween pictures. Josh was off and was able to join in the fun!

Baker boys!
Sprinkles are the best part!
A few days later it was time for Trick or Treating! Nash was a little shy at first but once we got going he wanted to do it ALL by himself! He wouldn't even let us walk up to the doors with him! He still talks about it to this day...guess that means he had fun!
Our little monster

We took Nash to the dentist for the first time a few weeks ago. He was doing OK...until the dentist actually tried doing her job. He wasn't impressed to say the least!

Trying on the sunglasses they wanted him to wear

All done and not happy! :(

Finley turned 4 this year and to help her celebrate we took her swimming at Paws n' Claws. It's pretty chilly in November and since swimming is her most favorite thing this was our best option. She was a little unsure about swimming in a pool at first but Josh gave her a little "nudge" and she was in heaven!

Being silly!

Happy Thanksgiving! Josh had to work but was able to stop in for a quick visit and some turkey. It's not as fun for us when he's not around but at least we got to see him.

My BFF and Nash's "Auntie Jen" came over last week for our monthly wine and PJ night. Nash was with us for a while and he wanted to lay on the floor with her. He was so polite...he spread out the blankets, got her a pillow and snuggled in. He even told me to shut the light off and close the door! I think we are in for some trouble when he gets older!!!!
"Sleeping"

Thanks for checking in! The next few weeks are going to be CRAZY busy! We are moving into our new house in two weeks and we can't wait!!!! We have been busy organizing, packing, planning, buying, and preparing for everything that moving entails! Plus, Christmas will be here before we know it! Happy Holidays everyone!!!
