Josh has officially been hired by the Dunn County Sheriff's Department!!! He has wanted this for quite some time now, and it finally happened for him! So many wonderful things are coming from his new position...he will be much busier at work (which is what he wasts) and he will also have a better chance of moving up the food chain. However, the most exciting news to come from this...we get to MOVE!!! That's right, goodbye Durand! Don't get us wrong, it hasn't been horrible...it just hasn't been for us! Right now the location of our move is up in the air, but it looks like it will either be closer to Eau Claire or in the Menomonie area. His new full time position should be starting in early May. From there, we have 1 1/2 years to move into Dunn County, but we're thinking it will be sooner for us. Yay Josh, so proud of you!!!!
Another big change: Nash started daycare at the beginning of February! There is a great little center in Durand called Cradles 2 Crayons that he has been going to. He loves it, we love it, and the teachers that work there love him. We couldn't be happier! The fact that we love it so much makes it {a tiny bit} harder to think about moving. Mom, Dad and Nash are very thankful that all the grandparents have been willing and able to babysit since he has been born. However, it was time for him to play with other kids and be out of his comfort zone a little. He goes there three days a week and has a lot of fun!
Update on Mister Nash: He says a ton of words (some we still can't understand), uses his manners, still LOVES trucks, gives the best hugs, eats with a fork and spoon, imitates and mocks everything we say and do, likes to help me bake and cook, loves giving the dogs their daily treats as well as petting and hugging them, says I LOVE YOU in the cutest voice (melts our hearts), likes some cartoons...especially Chugginton, and most importantly he knows what he wants and isn't afraid to show it! Ahhhh....life with a little toddler boy! We recently took him to the Mall of America where he went on his first amusement park rides, played at Lego-Land, and had lunch at the Rain Forest Cafe...it was a great day!

A truck ride...can it get any better?! |
Happy Dance! |
One last thing, I know its a little late but....GO PACK! Here is a video of Nash cheering on the Pack during the NFC Championship game.....
That's all for now! I promise we'll be back sooner next time!
