I keep trying to update this blog on a regular basis, but it never happens! I'll get better at doing it.... eventually! The weekend after Labor Day I went camping for the night with a bunch of girlfriends at O'Neill Creek in Chippewa Falls. We had a great time sharing old memories and laughing hysterically! Below are a few pictures, the group shot is missing Courtney because she volunteered to be the photographer.

Nash (14 weeks now!) is becoming more active by the day, he loves grabbing at things and he smiles ALL the time! I don't think there is anything more wonderful than an adorable baby smile!!! He keeps trying to sit up on his own, although his mind might be ready, his body isn't quite there yet. He is very strong and great at holding his head up, so he'll get there soon! When you are holding him he also loves pushing his legs up and standing. His new favorite thing to stare at: ceiling fans! If we go somewhere that has ceiling fans, he'll stare at them forever.
This past weekend I started making homemade baby food. I started with apples and carrots, and they actually turned out great! I won't be starting him on food until around 6 months, but I figured I'd get a head start and freeze some. I don't think it's much more nutritious then the stuff you can buy in the store, but I enjoyed doing it anyways.
Below are some other miscellaneous pictures from the past few weeks. Oh, and for those of you who voted in the last poll questions.... Josh didn't call me once for help when he watched Nash for two nights. He did a great job!!!
Have a GREAT week! ~The Christenson's
